METALLICA Suites
A Luxury box (also referred to as a luxury suite, corporate box, corporate suite, executive box, sky box or a private box) is a special private seating section located within stadiums, arenas and other sporting and entertainment venues. They are typically located in the midsection of a stadium grandstand, usually providing the best views of the event. Some have glass panels that can be opened, in order for the spectators to feel closer to and more immersed in the action of the event.
Luxury suite ticket holders often receive exclusive access to an indoor part of the venue through private club entrances, to areas containing special restaurants, merchandise stands, and lounge areas of the venue that are not otherwise available to regular ticket holders.

Metallica is synonymous with heavy metal music. This hard rocking band got their start in LA back in 1981 with founding members James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich. They soon added Kirk Hammett and Cliff Burton. Moving to San Francisco, from which they are still based, Metallica soon found its niche alongside other major thrash metal bands. It was Megadeth, Anthrax, Slayer, and Metallica that infused a heavy metal and thrash sound together to usher in a new style of rock.
Earning a reputation in the underground scene, it was with their third album, Master of Puppets, that Metallica broke through to the mainstream. Commercially successful and critically acclaimed, this album was crucial to the genre as it came to define the American thrash metal music scene. Certified six times Platinum, Master of Puppets was chosen by the Library of Congress as “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant” enough to be preserved in the National Recording Registry.
Tragically, Cliff Burton lost his life in a motor vehicle accident while on the road in Sweden during the promotional tour. James Newsted would take over as bassist. Eventually Ron McGovney and then Robert Trujillo would succeed him.
The self-titled 1991 album, Metallica, brought the band more commercial success, appealing to a larger mainstream audience. Two tracks, “Enter Sandman” and “Nothing Else Matters” became major hits, instantly recognizable with any music fan. This album debuted at number one in ten countries and spent four weeks atop the Billboard 200. Certified 16x Platinum, it has sold over 16 million copies.
Experimenting with different sounds over the years, Metallica continues to come home to that heavy speed metal sound that made them famous. Thrash rockers to the core, this group was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2009. Selling over 125 million albums worldwide, they are one of the most commercially successful groups of all-time and rank at number 61 on Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Artists of All Time list.
From studio albums to live albums, documentaries, and film, the talent Metallica shines through in each project. Now in their fourth decade, this group has no plans of slowing down. They bring the same energy and enthusiasm to the stage each night before an adoring crowd that simply cannot get enough. More information about Metallica can be obtained by clicking here.
