Miami Dolphins Suites: Get Ready to Cheer for One of the Biggest Professional Sports Team in Florida!

The Miami Dolphins are one of the most popular teams in the National Football League (NFL). They are a respected member of the American Football Conference (AFC) East Division. This division features other tough opponents in the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, and New England Patriots, making it very competitive.

The Dolphins were established by attorney-politician Joe Robbie and actor-comedian Danny Thomas and began playing in the AFL in 1966. A few years later in 1970, the team joined the NFL as a result of the 1970 AFL–NFL merger. Instantly, they became highly successful and were the first team to appear in three consecutive Super Bowls, becoming only the second team ever to win back-to-back Super Bowls.

Their coach for these championship years was Don Shula. He was at the helm of this team until 1995. Shula is one of the most successful head coaches in the game in terms of total games won. The team shares intense rivalries with their AFC East opponents along with historical rivalries with other teams like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, and Pittsburgh Steelers. Currently, Hard Rock Stadium located in the northern suburb of Miami Gardens, is their home stadium.
